Every time we update our website my email no longer receives the warranty and return request emails. I have pulled myself from the bounce list and am still failing to receive the emails. Is it possible to put me on a permanent no bounce list? Also, if not could you please assist me in receiving these email again?

You can prevent that by putting our IP addresses on the white list of your email provider, you can do that by following this thread: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
