How do I correct a formatting issue when generating PDF's

    Hello, 

    I'm having a formatting issue when trying to generate a PDF of any of our forms, where about halfway through the document, the boxes which should appear on the left as "questions" from the form, are appearing on the right. Screen shot attached. 

    Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

    You can always try to drag the Question fields and Answer fields in customize PDF (PDF Design) page. If in case you messed it up, you an always click the Reset button located at leftmost part of the toolbar above.
