do you bill at next level for the month, or do you reject?
Not a support issue - I haven't tried it yet. was recommended fro me as I am simple joomla web site creator, and I hated all the extensions there - I don't want to kow programming! So I'm a potential free to subscription person . sorry for the typos....

If your Free account exceeds the 100 submission limit, your forms will temporarily be disabled and you will be unable to receive any further submissions. You will need to wait until the first day of the next month for the submission counter to reset to 0. After that, your forms will be enabled and you can receive 100 submissions again.
If you are expecting to receive more than 100 submissions per month, I suggest you upgrade to one of our subscription plans. https://www.jotform.com/pricing
