Why has my account not been upgraded ???

    I have paid for my account to be upgraded to the sliver account and it has not been done

    You've upgraded to Silver Yearly, but you forgot to cancel the Bronze Monthly. The renewal takes place for the Bronze Plan, overriding the Silver Yearly. I have corrected this for you. You are now on the Silver Plan. I have also refunded your last payment for the Bronze Plan.
