Hi everyone, I'm not sure I worded that question correctly.  I'm doing a basic contact form for my client and want the responses from the form on their website to go to them but they have an AOL account and it isn't working.  I've tried having the responses go to my company email and 2 .live accounts, all with success but it won't go to the AOL account.

    Any ideas?

Thanks for any help you can give.

I have read of some problems with users using AOL accounts before.

If that still doesnt work, you may have to set up a 'rule' in another email account to forward the notfication email onto the AOL email address.

May i suggest ensuring that noreply@jotform.com is used as the Sender EMail of the notfication.

So I tried adding a rule, that didn't work.

If I select noreply@jotform.com, where does that go? How do I have my client get the responses?

    Thank you,

Annette, noreply@jotform.com is just a Sender email address, you still can specify the Recipient email.

Alternatively, for example, you may configure notification to @gmail email address, and then set up a Forward from Gmail to AOL.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

Ok, that's a great idea!  They also have a gmail account so I'll have them forward to their company email if they want. Perfect solution!

    Thanks so much!
