How Can I See the Data from Submissions on My Form?

The customer would like a registration form that lists all previous respondents. For example: John Smith signs up for event by registering through an online form. Mary Brown visits online form and sees a list that shows attendees: John Smith, etc.

Is there any way to steam the data obtained in the submission report back into a form in an automatic process?

Unfortunately, there is no direct way to do that, we need to apply some workaround to do that. First, you need to integrate your form with Google SpreadSheet. Please, see the guide from the below:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet

After finalizing the integration, you will get an URL to access that spreadsheet (Set it as "Public" to give permission for everyone). Now, we need to add that URL to our form by using the "Text" field. With that way, the users who fill your form can see the list of the participants.

Please, see the steps for doing this operation:

I hope this workaround will meet your needs. Please, contact us for your further questions.

    Thanks.
