We are getting a message that our account is out of credits. When I log on we have used 9 of our 100 monthly credits. Can you help me?

I have checked your account and like you mentioned you have received only 9 submissions this month. As free user you can receive up to 100 submission per month. So you can receive 91 more submissions this month. I also did not found that email was sent you your email address from JotForm, stating that you are reaching your monthly limit. Please ignore email you received, your account is in good shape.
