Error Message the our account is out of credits. When I logon we have only used 9 of our 100 monthly credits.

    Your forms are working fine and you are not near your limits. You're right about your submissions usage that is 9 out of 100. Perhaps the warning was for your other account? 

    If you have received it for your account lpnnrd, you can simply ignore it.
