I understand that you are experiencing issues with integrating Zoho with your JotForm. Could you try integrating it using Authentication token instead of Username and Password?
You can generate the authentication token by using the following URL while you are logged into your Zoho CRM account.
Also, please make sure that you are using https://www.jotform.com while integrating with Zoho.
