if I have a "file upload" on one of my forms, will JotForm not accept peoples submission if it fills up my inbox?Asked by jimerikson on February 26, 2016 at 01:15 PMif I have a "file upload" on one of my forms, will jot form not accept peoples submission if it fills up my inbox?
I was not able to understand properly your question. But I think you must be referring to the storage limit allowed for FREE plan.
The storage limit for Free plan is 100MB. This limit does not reset on monthly basis and is the maximum allowed storage for FREE.
You can use upload on your form that can size up to 1GB per submission. BUT since it will immediately exceed your storage limit, your account and forms will be temporarily disabled within 24hrs and will go into Overlimit Status.
When in Overlimit, forms will not be able to submit.
You can decrease your storage useage by deleting submissions that have uploaded files on them. Make sure first that the submissios with uploads are already downloaded and have backup copy. Because deleted submissions are permanent and cannot be restored.
