Do my form submissions stay in my account until I delete them?

Hello, I manage a scholarship fund, and I recently converted our application to an online one using JotForm.  First, let me say that I LOVE it.  Building this form was easy and will save me countless hours of collecting and typing info.  I have recommended it to several people!  Thank you!!

My form is published and I am getting submissions already, but I don't need to look at them for several months.  I just want to make sure that submissions don't get automatically deleted after X number of days - can I keep them in my inbox until I'm ready to download them?  Or should I download responses once a week or so....Thanks!

Your submissions stay until you delete them.  We do not remove submission data at any time for any reason.  You can backup your data at any time if you would like, however, the submission will remain on our servers indefinitely.
