Links on "Thank You" Page Not Working

I have created 2 links on my Thank You page. They are not working. Please help. You can access the form via hertzreddeer.com, click on "Fleet" then click a vehicle.

I have inspected submission page of form you provided and you did not linked click here text on your Thank you page. 

To achieve that open your Thank you page wizard and click on Edit Text button.

Then select text that you want to link and click on Insert/edit link option and paste URL of page on which you want your users to be redirected. 

I assume that you want to add links your form and of your website. 

On my cloned form I have added those links.
