I have checked your account and I can see that it is on auto-suspended status. That is why when you load your form it will show you, "Form is disabled".

This is because you have a form that was made using a different language.

I have activated your account but please be advised that this can only be prevented if you make your form using the English language and use the Language Translator to have a version of the form in the language you want.

This happened because we have an Anti-Phishing tool that marks thousands of forms suspected of phishing. However,  this tool is not updated to scan Arabic, French and other similar languages, therefore, most of the forms made in these languages are automatically suspended.

Here's how you can prevent this from happening again in the future.

Create your form using the English language.

Use the Language Tool to add a new language. You will then be given the option to translate each word in the form into Arabic. You can even translate Form warnings. Please don't forget to click save after.

If you want Arabic to show as the default language when the form loads. Here's what you need to do.

If you would like set the Language translator to auto detect the browser's language. Here's what you need to do.
