If you have Email Notification inside of your form, once your form is submitted your should receive email Notification to email address that is set as recipient email address of email Notification.
You can check the email logs, to see if all email were sent successfully:
You have only two submission this month and they were both sent successfully to your email address.
You can also view submitted data on submission page of your account. Inside of this guide you can find out how to view submissions: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions
