I hope I can post my problem in the best possible way.
The background color of my form is a bit on the darker side. What I would like to do is to change the font colors for the display address sub fields such as: City, Postal / Zip Code,State / Province, so that I am able to see them much clearer. Is it possible?Page URL:

Yes, this can be done. The class for all of the sublabels in a form is form-sub-label. Assuming that you would want not only the sub-labels of the "Company Address" field but also those attached to in any future fields to have the same color, no higher specificity would be required for the selector.
Red should contrast well against the background in your screenshot. So, injecting the following rule should do the trick:
Of course, you may replace red with any color you prefer.
