    Thank You Page: Why does not load the thank you page when open the wizard?

    I was trying to update my Thank You form for 2016.  I clicked on Thank You and get a blank form:

    Text appeared once but when I tried to edit it I got the above.  Tried another browser; same outcome.  I read in the help section about deleting the conditions I have (not really sure what that has to do with it but...) so I did and still the same situation.  I need to update the Thank You screen as it has information from last year.

    I tested your form and I was able to open the "Thank You Message".

    Could you please try again? 

    Seems to be working fine on my end, please do let us know how it goes.

    I stated the thank you page shows once until I try and edit it then it becomes
    blank. Did you try to edit the page?

    I also couldn't reproduce the problem both using firefox or chrome browser. It is working just fine upon the initial load as well as after editing the thank you page. 

    I suggest to relogin from your account and then try it again. If this doesn't make any difference, please try it using different browser.
