Separate payment field and widget data into multiple columns when exported to Excel

I have the same problem! I have two areas that I want to separate. One is the two-product payment area. The other is a question in the form that has four fields in a widget. I have tried to separate with the delimited method and it has not worked. In fact, I lost data; only the first product remained listed.

Unfortunately, this is the only method that I know when separating data from a single cell into a separate column. So for now, we suggest to re-download your form submissions to Excel so you can try this method again. This should work like anybody else. I was successful in downloading and manipulating the data to acquire reports we need. Our office will be doing this same format for eight groups in the next few months. We are wondering if JotForm could develop an output report for our needs. We are willing to pay an additional fee. I will submit a feature request to allow for separating widget and payment field data in to more than one field, however, we do not currently have a paid feature system.  New functionality is usually added based on demand.  When more users request a certain feature, it is much more likely to be added.  Though I cannot say if or when this functionality will be added, we will let you know via this thread is there is any new information regarding the request.
