Form from FormsCentral

I have 4 PDF forms that I have uploaded in to your system multiple times, but it never finds it way into my forms.  Can I have a contact to send them to ?  I just want them readily available in my forms.  

I have checked your account/username PreferredGlobal  but I did not find any forms under the account.

The account is Active and available, there is just no forms on this account yet.

I checked the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/60574261633959 which you last used, and I found that it belongs to another account/username salesusalogisitcs

From what I see, you are a sub-user of the salesusalogisitcs account. So the forms you were using were probably belongs to that account. Please check if what you were looking for was just on that main account.

Also as far as I know, the Import tool for Adobe PDF Forms is no longer working since its been a long time and most users had already migrated completely. But can you still try uploading your Adobe PDF forms using this tool : http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

Click on the Import Your Forms button to open the Upload PDF screen
