    My form is integrated to Mailchimp but nothing gets added to my list

    Hi

    I built a form and connected it to my Mailchimp account. The form looks good and when it's filled out I get confirmation from Jotform, but it looks like the submission isn't ported into Mailchimp. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

    Have you tried generating a new API key in your MC account and used the new key to your integration? Most of the similar issue was resolve by doing this process.

    Please try first if you haven't yet.

    I checked the MailChimp integration on my test form and it is working fine at this time.

    I did. Unfortunately it didn't help. What's weird is I have done it in the past and it worked but this time it doesnt seem to be connecting to MC.

    I've cloned your form and integrated it to my MailChimp account, I cannot replicate the problem. Here's a proof:

     

    But I think the problem is related to the Full Name field. Please note that our integration will work best if you are using the Full Name field in the Jotform form.

    You are currently using a textbox for First and Last Name fields. You should use the default First and Last Name in your MC form and use Full Name in the Jotform form. Please restore your default MC form and then change your field to Full Name and edit the integration. This should help.

    But if i wanted to send emails that were warmer, I don't want to address emails to people's full names. The emails should be "Hi, Welvin" not "Hi, Welvin Smith".

     

    This was how I had it set up last time as well when it worked fine. 

    Would it be helpful if I gave you access to my MC account?

    You can do that in MailChimp, you can use the First Name tag in your email. You just need to restore the default Full and Last Name structure in MailChimp then use the Full Name field in your jotform form.

    It worked, but we've made some changes in our integrations. If you will re-integrate it, you can only select the Full Name field in MailChimp and not the individual inputs.

    The default MailChimp that I'm talking is the following:

     

    You can do a trial and error. You can replicate the list in MailChimp then restore the fields. Clone your jotform form and change the fields to full name.

    I'm actually having this same issue and cannot get any information to pass through to mailchimp.

    I've looked at countless posts and tried just about every solution that has been listed on the forum.

    Is there any reason my form would not be properly passing the information to mailchimp?
