Hi I use notification alerts from one form of my forms to e mail data into an online database, but it has stopped working. This was when your domain was down - I need the correct e mail address the notification is sent from so I can authorise that e mail access to my database. I see that when I direct it to my own e mail address the notifications are coming from firstname.lastname@example.org but within the notification design the are specified to come from email@example.com? Please can you help me thank you very much.

Can you please provide us the URL or the ID of the form in issue? It would also help if you can provide us details on the URL of the form when it is being filled up by the user.
