How to enable disabled form?

    I am an applicant for Tanoto Foundation Scholarship and today is deadline for send the application.

    when i tried to send my application through their form (here), it said that This form has been disable. 

    help me to whitelist this form. i realy need this scholarship to pay my tuition fee.

    When I checked their website, I couldn't open it at all, and I'm unable to find which form they have with us, I would need more information.

    Could you please contact the owners of the website, so if they have problems with our forms they can submit the ticket and we can do a valid checking and see why it is not, potentially, working.

    it seems that their website has been down.

    i can't contact the owners because i could not find their contact.

    even i find their contact, the owners won't reply my message quickly (here is 6:31 PM). the owners (may) reply my message tomorrow or never (today is the application deadline).

    Unfortunately, we do not have control on their forms on this case, we cannot enable that form because we'll be directly violating the privacy of our users. 

    It would be best to contact them directly to their other social media accounts. I see that there's a Twitter account that seems to be active and looks like related to them. Here's their Twitter page:
