Form Tabs Widget: The widget suddenly stopped working and it is not showing on my form.

    Several months ago I created some forms and inserted the Form Tab Widget.  Everything worked perfect up until this morning, Feb 29, 2016.  When the form is opened online, the Form Tabs are not being displayed.

    We apologize for this inconvenient.

    However, I have tested the widget and it is working on my end, I also checked your form and see that the widget is working as well.
