Your has an email notification when it is created. However, you may also create an email notification by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
If after creating the notification you are not receiving your emails, please provide us the email address that you are using in your form as well as the name/link of the form, we will be glad to take a look on it.
