How do I change the submission notice?

    I make individual forms for each of my clients/homeowners. But when I get a notification of a submission they all say the same homeowner and address, not the actual name or address of the client who is responding. How do I fix this?

    I've checked your notification settings. I see that the Sender Name and Reply-to Email fields are empty.

    When you set up your notification correctly you will see sender name when you receive email notification as you see below:
