Unable to access Uploaded Photo after Upgrading Subscription

    I received an email that my jotform quota was full. I've upgraded to a bronze account, but i'm still unable to access the photos. It leads me to a 404 error page.  

    How can I access the images that were uploaded via jotform before I upgraded?

    I see that you've upgraded but were experiencing problems accessing photos that were uploaded and sent to you via your form.

    I've investigated this but currently I am unable to replicate this problem so it may have been temporary possibly. Also, I've cleared your form caches to refresh them for you.

    Can you try logging into your jotform account and viewing the submissions then click on the file to see if it'll work for you now?

    If you are still experiencing the 404 error can you please describe to us step by step what you are doing that leads to that error?

    Additionally, please also include a screenshot of it if possible.
