Where are my other payments that were submitted?

I have 25 submissions.  However, I only have 13 people showing up on my paypal.  Where are the other payments?

I would suggest you to enable the IPN option in your form so you will be notified when a payment is received: http://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal.
