Form autosave: Once it saves the form it produces 149 changes including complex conditions

    Problem summary:

    1) I Open form to edit it.

    2) Once form is opened, I do not do any editing or changes, I just let the form idle, untouched.

    3) After about 60 second the form autosave mode kicks in and produces an array of 139 changes, including complex conditions, which I have not made.

Result: I have no control whatsoever over what was changed or not changed in the form. Very dangerous unwanted, uncalled for changes taking place in autosave.

I keep going back to history revision to recover previous form state.  But it is getting to a point that it has become difficult track the right version in the history revision.

    Please help.

I have cloned your form Mics and as soon as I did I checked conditions and there are 135 of them.

Could you please tell us if these are the ones that should be present, or if these are the ones that were added by system in your case?

I have tried leaving the form for time needed for autosave to kick in, but once I checked the conditions after it, they were still OK.

If you did not have 135 conditions, can you please revert your form to the correct stage and let us know once you do so and we will try to clone it at that point to see if we can recreate the same.

I do not have a definite count of the number of conditions. The clone you made, however, is the form currently in production.

As is stands, the form needs more changes (a few more conditions) but we are literally scared to make any changes as the autosave mode triggers a bunch of uncalled for, unwanted changes: dangerous, erratic behavior.

How can we prevent the changes from taking place? These unwanted changes already cost us hours of revision work.

    Thanks for the support.

I also cloned your form and waited for the autosave. I did not notice any new conditions or fields added after. Can you please send us a screenshot of the form with the previous conditions as well as the form with new conditions added after the autosave? This would help us identify the issue that you are having. To add a screenshot to the form, please follow this guide: How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?

In the meantime, perhaps you can try clearing your browser cache and your form cache to see if that fixes the issue.
