Wrong Data in Notification Email (Despite Correct Form Values?)

    In the notification message for our "Vital Signs Status Report", all of the information in the "Lead 1" section defaults to the user's selection for "Lead Type". So we're seeing "buyer lead" for every response in the Lead 1 section, even though the notification email has the correct fields in it???

    I found similar tags in your email notification.

    This is probably the culprit.  The easiest way to resolve this is to recreate your email notification. This is to ensure that all field tags are generated with its correct tag. To recreate, just delete the existing notification and create a new one.
