When trying to edit email form, I am getting a "Please Wait" error, and it does not allow me to continue or save. But if I close it, it shows that it was created.

If I understood you correctly you are unable to edit your form. I have tested one of my forms, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. I was able to edit and save my form inside of Form Builder without any issues.
If the changes you made were saved, then it was probably temporarily issue.
I would also suggest you to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox when editing form.
If you are still unable to edit your form, please provide us ID of the form you are working on. Also please explain what are you trying to edit inside of your form. If possible provide us a screenshot.
