How are form views calculated?

If we choose to use the downloaded source code option for our Form and host the js/css files on our server will it still count as a view when someone looks at the Form?

I'm not sure if that will avoid to reach the limit of views. Please let me ask it, I will get back to you as soon as I get a notice about that.

I have received an answer, it will not avoid to reach the limit, the counter of views will be increased even if you use the source code.
