Is it possible to add mp3 files to a jot form

I am in charge of the Virginia Music Educators Association Professional Development Conference.  We have directors who apply to have their ensembles to be considered as a featured performing group for the conference.  Part of the application process is providing recordings of the ensemble.  Instead of mailing CDs, I'd like to have them upload mp3 files to the application.  

Is this possible?
