I just logged in and saw a message that my account gonzalogarcia1 for has been suspended for suspicion of phishing? To my knowledge, none of my forms do anything in terms of asking users for usernames,passwords, or credit card info. Most are simply email list sign up forms.
However, if there was anything specific about a particular form or forms that caused suspicion, I'd be happy to change it or resolve it.
Can you please help me resolve this situation? I would really appreciate it. I assure you there was no intent to break the terms of service or do anything shady.

I have now reinstated your account/username gonzalogarcia1 and all the forms.
You may need to relogin to the account at http://www.jotform.com/login to see the updated status.
FYI, the account was auto suspended by the Phishing Filter in place because it detected your IP address to be in the same range to some of the suspended accounts that were determined phishers.
In any case, all should be good now and I have fix the problem.
Let us know if there are still issue.
