When I tried to retrieve an attachment from an old form that was submitted in 2009, the file seems not to exist anymore.
This didn't really surprise me because I think it's normal that you don't keep all attachments infinitely.
Therefore can you tell me how long do you keep the attachments ? (after how much time - weeks or months - the files from the attachments are being deleted (what's the retention time of the file attachments) ?

We keep the files as long as possible. Try changing the URL to v2.jotform.com and see if the file is available there.

Yes, the file is still available at v2.jotform.com indeed. Great ! Thank you.
I appreciate your very fast and effective responses the more when I see the daily load of questions to which you have to answer. What's your secret energy source ? Could use some of that myself too. :)

Thanks. :) My secret energy source is our users. Every day we receive emails from JotForm users telling us how JotForm saved them so many hours of work and made their job easier.
My other energy source is our employees. They are so talented, excited and focused. I'm in this business for more than 10 years. I worked at a large internet company previously and we also had many other products, but no product was so much fun to develop like JotForm. :)
