Could you please provide us the link/name of your form?
We will take a look to your form as well as our logs to find the blank email ad what is causing it.

I was able to find the blank email in our records. However, I tested it and I see that the email was sent normally to your email address, it contains the submitted data.
You may try editing the submission and then submit it again, it will send the email again, but will not modify your previously submitted data.
While on the submissions page click on the "Edit" button.
You do not need to make any update to the submission, you may only click on submit again and it will be as it is currently, the only reason to do this, it is to re-send the email notification with the data, it should contain the data.
