Email Notifications: Why I'm not receiving the email notification each time my form is submitted?

    Hello sir,

    from jotform submission not received in my email,pls check and set this problim sir,

    Your email address is not in our bounce list, I checked your email in our logs and the emails are being sent from JotForm.

    I also noticed that you are asking for login credentials as well as account numbers in your forms, please remove those fields, otherwise, your account will be suspended permanently.
