Why my forms are disabled?

    My forms are disabled and preview mode is not working.

    This is because in two of your forms you are asking for passwords, something that is against of our Terms.

    I have removed those fields from these forms:

    Your account is active now, but do not that if you are asking for data that is not allowed in JotForm your account could be deleted permanently.
