Currently it is not possible to change the payment purpose dynamically, you can only define it in the payment integration.
I will escalate this as a feature request, although we can not provide an ETA, you will be notified if it is available.

Since the question is unrelated to this thread we have to open separate one so we can address the problem further if necessary.
And in general we tend to open new threads for each of our customer's questions.
