    Email notifications: Not receiving email notifications, email address is in the bounce list.

    Good afternoon,


    My forms it´s not sending e-mails, I have already checked the rules/conditions and checked my firewall.

    Can you help me?

    This is because your email address is in our bounce list, the reason is below: 

    550 Denied by policy

    I have removed it from the bounce list and you should receive your email notifications now, please follow this guide to prevent issues related to bouncing: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.

    You may also check and remove your email address from the bounce list by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list.

    If the issue still persists, please ask to your email provider to whitelist our IP Addresses, you will find them on this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
