How did my form not save my work from today?

I have been working on my form all day by addition conditions and new information. Somehow everything I have done today has reverted back to yesterday. Do you know if I can get back the information I added today? Please help.

Any changes made to your form are available with Form Revision history if the form is saved correctly so that you may review and revert it the previous version. Please make sure that you have enabled Auto-save option on your form so that the changes are automatically saved. Please check the Form revision history to see if there are any changes made to your form.
