'Incomplete payments'

Asked on February 29, 2016 at 6:17 PM

Under submissions I had a number of submissions that asked for my completing the submission. I did click the button but after doing so wanted to make sure that was correct. Does this double charge them or is it something that is ok for me to click?

    Thanks for your help.

I checked your form http://www.jotform.com/60528063656155 and I found that you were using Paypal Payment Tool., which is valid.

But I did also found that there is a violation on your form to our JotForm Terms of Use

You form explicitly captures Credit Card accounts data. This is considered a method of phishing and your form is a phishing form. We have a Phishing filter in placed, and it suspend your account and forms once it detects this form.

I recommend you modify this form and deleted all the fields I had encircled so that the form will be allowed to be used/restored.

Let us know if you have further question.

    Thanks.

I responded to the online portion to try and expedite resolving the issue around 9:30AM (EST.)
Please let me know what additional information is needed to get the form / order information back live. I have tried calling but evidently there is no phone number for your company. Thanks for the help.

The guilty fields have been deleted, your account and forms are now activated. Please do not add any fields to ask for credit cards sensitive information again. Use the integrated payment gateways if you need to collect payments.
