It's odd that a good majority of forum posts regarding this subject have been removed. We can see that a post was made regarding this subject because it shows up on the sidebar in Forum Related Questions, yet when you click on them, it takes you to your forms, meaning the post was removed.

I think it is important that everyone who visits the forum see these posts, regardless if they ask the same questions over and over. Ya know, it just kind of helps gets the word out there to people who aren't aware of the change and the sneaky one day notice you gave. And if there are too many questions about it, perhaps it needs to be more clear, so no one has to ask questions.

Apologies for the confusion. There are some threads that are set to "Private" from "Public", depending on the discussion if there are any private or inappropriate information shared, but post that remained public should still be accessible. There are also some duplicate post that we removed and we cater the earlier post that the users opened. The monthly limits is applicable to all users, they can now be seen in the pricing page

Although the email sent were for just a few number of users that already reached their form view limits or are having a lot of views on their forms. We understand that the change might be sudden, but its implementation will start this March 1, 2016. Our system will automatically send emails for users who are near the monthly form view limits. The change was brought up due to the high cost with maintaining servers, bandwidth and employees.

Our founder had just posted a blog post here: http://www.jotform.com/blog/191-Announcing-Pricing-Modification-Form-View-Limits. Perhaps some questions might be answered there. But if you have some additional ones, please do feel free to ask.

VIEW FORMS A SERIOUS PROBLEM -NOT ACCURATE

I opened a new account for my business and tested various forms for a period of 2 days. At the end of my second day my form views reached it maximum and my account was suspended. It appears to me that this is nothing more than a method to force people to upgrade. I think it is a bad way to do business and in return - scare people away from a form business. Not happy- waste of time
