I want to use paypal for recurring payment,and give my client an option to donate for different project. I followed the steps using paypal and I could not get none of the options

I checked your form and I can see that the payment is set to Collect Donations.

If you want to setup recurring payments, you need to select the Sell Subscriptions for the payment integration.
