Sub-acount user can't access submissions

I have the same problem, please find a solution

I have checked your account and you are sub account user of account LOREALFORM. Are you unable to view submissions that are shared with you? 

Please log in to your account over this link https://eu.jotform.com/ and you should be able to view shared submissions.
