    PayPal integration

    I have set up the PayPal integration for this form http://mightyukeday.com/concert-tickets/ but for some reason when it goes to PayPal, it doesn't show an option to pay by credit card without logging into PayPal like it does when I have set up other forms using a different PayPal account to gather the funds. Is this a PayPal issue or a Jot Form issue? Please let me know and I'll take the proper actions, thank you.

    I'm unable to replicate the problem, I made a test submission directly in your website page with name "Beverly Hills". I was redirected to the Paypal payment gateway showing the option to pay using a credit/debit card without the need to sign up.

     

     

    I also tested it using a coupon code just to make sure that I have not missed anything, but I was still navigated to the same payment gateway page.

    Perhaps you could share us a screenshot of the error that you are seeing so that we can further investigate. We'll wait for your response.

    I ended up changing the link to a different PayPal account, which is the one you used. As you said, this one worked. Not sure what was the deal with my other PP account, but it's good for now. Thanks again for your speedy response, you folks are great :)
