Received an Email About "Form Views"

    Good Morning,

    Do you have any details on my form views? Yesterday I received an email noting that I'd received 29,516 form views and would my account could be deactivated if I didn't upgrade. 

     

    None of the forms I've created so far have been shared with the public yet, so I don't see how it is possible that I've received this many views. To date, all I've been doing is testing the forms. Please advise. Thank you

    Hi there,

    If we are talking about the account which has an username "marketplace4change", you don't need to worry about the "Form Views". Currently, your account have "0" "Form Views", so you are way off to the free limit. Please, ignore the received email and also, sorry for the inconvenience.

    Yes, but is it showing "0" because we started a new month today? Thanks

    Yes, you are right. Since it is a new feature, there could be some unexpected results; but if you encounter the same unconvincing numbers again for this month, please do let us know. Also, I found your other thread about the same subject and the ticket has already opened for that one, so I don't open a new ticket. When there is an update about your issue, you will be informed via email.
