Email Notificaions: Emails not received for ALL Forms - mainly from AM not received.

    Dear Support Team,

    It's strange, but it seems, that we don't get the email requests for vendors - even though they enter a valid e-mail address - coming from e.g. AMERICAS!

    They are using exactly the same link.

    Could you let us know, what the issue might be?

    I did check your forms and see that you are using the same email address to receive your email notifications, it is not in our bounce list, and the history shows that all the emails are being sent.

    Please check your Junk and Spam folders your emails should be there, I also noticed that the email settings for one of your forms are not properly, please follow this guide to set email notifications to avoid bouncing: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues
