Embedded form will not complete submissions

Hello!

I am currently Editing a large form and when we go to test the submit we get hung up and it says "please wait" on the submission button. We would like to write if and then rules for States to go to select reps emails. I have written one rule but can't get the form to test properly.

The form itself appears to be working properly, however, when I checked the embedded form, it would not complete a submission.  Try replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:

http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

If that does not work, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
