Short Scrollable Terms: Ability to show all the text in submissions.

I'm seeking a work around or a widget where an applicant can agree to T&C and application agreement which is visible to them in a text area (with required check box) then submit a form, and upon receiving it on our side, still have the text area with all text visible.

This is important because the form, upon being received on our side, doubles as a completed application and the lenders / underwriting personnel we send it to need to see a visible credit authorization on the actual application or form.

Please see screenshots for clarification. Any help is much appreciated! - Ryan

I have tested the widget and it does not show the text in the submission, I will escalate it to our second level as a feature request, if there are more users that are asking for the same feature then our developers will consider developing this.

As a workaround you may try adding it as "Text" and then add a check box.

Then you may enable the option to show headers and texts in the submission by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission

We will notify via this thread if the feature is available.

You can now include the terms and conditions text in the submission:

    Please give it a try.
