Good afternoon,
I have a form I am trying to embed onto our site. I have followed the directions found here (http://www.jotform.com/help/246-How-to-Embed-Form-to-Joomla-3), and when I go to <> Code and enter my embed code <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/51536263716153"></script>, it doesn't show on the front side of the site. The code doesn't disappear; the form simply won't appear.
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you,
Stephanie

It looks like there is a conflict with other scripts on the webpages. Could you try embedding iframe embed code to see if that works? You can get the iframe embed code for your JotForm by following the guide below:
http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to assist.

Good morning,
I am experiencing trouble again embedding a JotForm onto my Joomla website.
I have the iFrame code, I'm inserting it through the Code extension I've installed, and when I input the code and click save, the attached image is what I'm seeing on the front end.
What am I doing wrong?

Get a fresh Iframe code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part, example:
