Why am I receiving conflicting information from Jotform?

    Are you trying to cancel the service? I see you are subscribed with us with the Bronze plan.

    However, there is a notification that says you tried to downgrade. However, I see the latest charge was applied today March 1st to your payment method on file.

    Please give us more details about your inquiry and we will gladly assist you.
